As parents ourselves we take kids' privacy very seriously, so we you to know what kind of information we collect from our users and what we do with it.
Our apps send a tiny bit of data to us when they are used, but all of it is completely anonymous, so it is impossible to know who the user is from their content. That means no emails, names, photos or anything personal is sent to us.
The information we collect is about how our apps are used, which helps us a lot to improve them by recognising what users like to do most and the problems they find using them.
To collect this data we use a service called Unity Analytics, they are very secure with all the information they handle. We use a restricted version of their service that only collects data from our app and not from the device that is used, which is much better suited for data related to children.
We follow the guidelines set by The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the “Know what’s inside” program, so you can be sure that you won’t find in them any in-app purchases, advertising, social media integration or collection of personal information.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
